Hybrid Venues

“Hybrid Venues” are Event Spaces that have some presentation technology installed (e.g. a video projector), but are missing other technologies needed by campus events (e.g., microphones for voice amplification, cameras and microphones for Zoom, etc.)

Or they may have one or two microphones for voice amplification, but cannot provide any greater number of microphones (or any way of controlling the volume gain of one microphone versus another).

In Hybrid Venues, CETS will provide whatever technology or systems that are missing from the installed base in the room.

• CETS will not charge the patrons for use of any technology native to the venue;
• CETS will only charge for technology it adds to the venue for the event, or for services provided using those added technologies.
