Request Services

Support service for technology in Lohrfink Auditorium is provided by three separate organizations, depending on the classification of the requesting department or organization:

• For MSB Programs in the Lohrfink Auditorium, the MSB Tech Center provides all technology support. Please contact Mr. Christopher Critchfield, (703) 371-1294 or cac3@georgetown.edu. More information about the MSB Tech Center can be found at the website: MSB Tech Center.
• For the Office of the President and the Office of Communications, all technology support is provided by an external provider under contract with those offices.
• For all other programs in Lohrfink Auditorium, Classroom Educational Technology Services (CETS) supports the built-in technology.

To obtain services, please first contact the Office of Campus Activity Facilities to reserve the Lohrfink Auditorium. Please allow 10 business days to schedule the request.

After the auditorium has been reserved, please use the CETS online form to request audio-visual services for your event. Technology reservations with CETS must be made at least one week in advance.
