Classroom Management
Since 1975, Classroom Educational Technology Services (CETS), a division of the Office of the University Registrar, has provided support and encouragement for faculty, students and staff in the application of educational technology and media to teaching and learning at Georgetown University.
CETS offers the following:
- Smart classrooms with standard technology: PC, Internet, video projector, HDMI and VGA laptop connection, Apple TV/Airplay
- A classroom manager (CM) for the technology in each main campus classroom building (Staff contact information )
- Demonstrations of and training on the technology in each classroom
- Webcams, lecture capture, and web conferencing technology (for online conferences, presentations, lectures, meetings, and group chats), as well document cameras in classroomsÂ
- Online classroom technology service requests through EMSÂ
- Information about auditoria, video teleconference, Workshop, Institute, and Conference Services (WICS)
- Classroom design consultations
