Georgetown University’s Classroom Educational Technology Services (CETS) provides support for reserving and renting classrooms equipped with academic technology. Whether you’re a member of the campus community or an outside guest, our streamlined process ensures that classroom use aligns with university guidelines while offering flexible rental options based on your needs.

🔑 Classroom Rental Rates

CETS offers rental options for guests of the university, based on room size and duration of use. Rates vary depending on whether the space is reserved for a half day, full day, or extended use (9+ hours).

  • Small classrooms to auditoriums available
  • Rental periods: Half Day (≤4 hrs), Full Day (4–8 hrs), Extended (9+ hrs)

💡 These rates apply only when the reservation is made by or for guests of the university (non-GU students, faculty, or staff).
